Officine Gullo’s New Kitchens: A Study in Contrasts — Debuting at London’s Decorex 2025

At London’s Decorex fair, Officine Gullo will debut distinct new indoor and outdoor kitchens, blending Florentine craftsmanship with professional-grade power.

At the intersection of Florentine craftsmanship and professional-grade technology, Officine Gullo is presenting two distinct kitchen compositions at Decorex, one of the most prestigious international events for high-end interior design. Held from 12 to 15 October at Olympia London, the showcase will embody the company’s design philosophy: artisanal mastery, cutting-edge technology, and bespoke aesthetics.

Central to its exhibit is a tailor-made indoor kitchen designed to bring professional standards into a domestic setting. The space is anchored by an OG Professional 240 cooking range under a statement pyramidal hood, flanked by integrated oven columns, a refrigerator, and a freezer. The color scheme pairs a refined matte ‘Matcha’ green with a soft ‘Vanilla Frost’ white, while finishes in burnished brass and 24k gold underscore the brand’s commitment to noble metals.

In contrast, the new outdoor model focuses on sophisticated open-air functionality. The configuration features a dual side-by-side BBQ unit and a separate bar island with a cantilevered counter, integrated sink, and ice bucket. For this kitchen, a matte ‘Whispering Waves’ blue finish is combined with polished chrome details, creating a contemporary aesthetic built to withstand the elements while delivering top-tier culinary performance.

These introductions reflect the core principles of the family-run company, led by founder Carmelo Gullo and his three sons, Pietro, Andrea, and Matteo. The brand forges its luxury kitchens exclusively from noble metals—such as brass, copper, and stainless steel—employing traditional Florentine artisan techniques. The result is an aesthetic that strikes a perfect balance between classic and contemporary styles, representing an authentic expression of Italy’s rich manufacturing heritage. Each kitchen is engineered for uncompromising professional performance, yet meticulously designed around the ergonomics of a domestic space.
