Within this perspective, Lema positions itself as the ideal partner for the complete management of hospitality projects. This enables the translation of every aesthetic and functional request of the client into a wide range of custom-made solutions.

Lema’s philosophy is based on the importance of customization, a distinctive element that characterizes the brand and makes it a key player in the contract sector. The company excels in creating bespoke solutions across various design areas including hospitality, multi-apartment complexes, private residences, as well as public
spaces for retail, businesses, and student accommodations.

Some of the most recent references demonstrate how Lema is not just a partner and furniture supplier but
can also take over and collaborate at all stages of a project.

Among these is the collaboration with the Collegiate AC Group, a European leader in the creation of student housing, through which the company furnished and designed the new student resort in Milan’s Bicocca district. Lema not only provided all the furniture for the entire complex but also coordinated and supported the Collegiate AC Group’s interior designers and architects in logistical and construction organization, ensuring the project was completed on schedule. The partnership between Lema and Collegiate resulted in a collaborative effort that created 695 high-quality accommodations and welcoming, functional common areas.

Moving abroad, the company was chosen to furnish Alessi’s new concept store at Harrods, the
renowned luxury department store in London. The contract project, curated by AMDL CIRCLE and Michele De Lucchi, required close collaboration with the prestigious entities involved to create bespoke proposals that interpret the designers’ creative vision and meet the client’s needs. Lema Contract successfully led the entire project, ensuring total customization of the space to comply with Harrods’ technical constraints and high safety standards.

Further confirming its strong presence in London, Lema was a key player in another significant project in the city center: Lost Property St Paul’s Curio Collection by Hilton, featuring 145 bespoke rooms and FF&E items.

Lema collaborated with interior designers Ica and Rani Ahluwalia of Key Interiors & Design to create this luxury facility. Thanks to Lema’s Engineering Department, custom furniture was provided for each room, ensuring a unique design that blends modern art and contemporary style.

Through various and numerous projects completed worldwide, the company highlights its ability to often anticipate tastes and international trends. It maximizes synergy with the Lema
Casa division, which offers its extensive catalog, providing the benefits of mass production with the possibility of modifying individual products in all their aesthetic, dimensional, and material components to meet every specific client need. Additionally, Lema’s deep experience in modular systems ensures maximum flexibility and composability in offering customized furniture solutions for both day and night areas.
