ARAN Contract marks a significant milestone in the U.S. market by furnishing the kitchen and bathroom areas of 792 units within the prestigious One Wall Street in New York.
This project serves as an emblematic example of Made in Italy design on a global scale.
Located in the heart of Manhattan’s Financial District, at the iconic intersection of Wall Street and Broadway, One Wall Street is a landmark of Art Deco architecture, meticulously restored by the renowned Ralph Walker. The building offers an exclusive collection of residences, ranging from studios to penthouses, featuring unparalleled views of the New York skyline and harbor, as well as lower-floor residences immersed in Manhattan’s historic architecture.
For this project, as with most of its global contract ventures, the Abruzzo-based company customized materials and finishes according to the specifications of the appointed architect. The kitchens feature white matte lacquered millerighe doors, enriched with grooves that create a sophisticated rhomboidal pattern. This customization highlights Aran’s ability to combine aesthetics and functionality seamlessly.
The bathrooms have been crafted using a combination of refined materials, integrating white matte lacquer with natural oak veneer. This choice not only enhances the elegance of the spaces—perfectly in harmony with the building’s architecture—but also reflects ARAN Contract’s commitment to sustainability through the use of renewable resources and responsible production processes.
The meticulous attention to detail and tailor-made spaces showcase ARAN Contract’s dedication to creating environments that meet the highest standards of functionality and beauty. The One Wall Street project stands as another important milestone in ARAN Contract’s history, reaffirming the company’s ability to interpret the needs of the international luxury market—crossing borders and cultures to bring the excellence of Made in Italy into homes worldwide.
