Ghidini1961: A Gift for the Senses

A gift is more than just an object, it’s a reflection of the giver’s taste and thoughtfulness. What amplifies the joy of receiving a gift? Without a doubt, that of giving it.

There are those who believe that a gift speaks simultaneously of the person who receives it and the person who gives it, for Ghidini1961 it is also a moment of sharing and attention for oneself.

For Christmas 2024, Ghidini1961 proposes a wide range of accessories and complements that can be customized with a wide choice of finishes, the latest of which is the new black, opaque or satin, featured in the new Blackout capsule.

Omini Collection

Omini is a family of products, designed by Stefano Giovannoni who, from the candlestick to the table complement, passing through the stationery products, investigates with irony the relationship between man and the object. Small Lilliputians attack and animate the pure forms of objects, referring to the natural-artificial and abstract-figurative contradictions.

Flirt Collection

Or the more challenging vases of the Flirt series by Noè Duchaufour-Lawrence characterized by an up&down game given by the different sizes of the cups. Joe & Ema Ema & Lou Gil & Luc. A fruit bowl can become a vase, a smaller vase can turn into a larger vase or a champagne bucket. Shapes are literally flirting together and extending the possibility of brass, giving flexibility to metal.

Jackfruit and Tornado

For those looking for a collectible art pieces, they cannot fail to admire the perfection and complexity of the creation of the Jackfruit and Tornado vases, numbered vases that bear the signature of the Campana brothers: exclusive and with a strong presence, they become works of art with a sculptural presence.

Jackfruit is a numbered vases edition, an object that for its exclusivity completes every environment with its strong sculptural presence. The vases are available in two different finishes. The first is a single block of hand casted bronze. The second mixes two materials, brass and wood, and is divided into three sections: the upper and lower are composed of an articulated brass casting, the central part is in wood. Both are presented as absolute protagonists of the living.

Tornado is a spiral of brass, a dizzying vortex of reflected light. A thousand liquid rings rise from a hypothetical sea, expand and crown themselves with fragrant flowers. It’s a highly evocative object, fascinating for its shape and shine. The one designed by the Campana Brothers is a good tornado, the only one that brings color and light into the home.

Blackout Capsule

If brass is the finish par excellence and distinctive feature of the company, in 2024 some furnishing accessories and complements are offered in a sophisticated guise thanks to a new black finish – matt or satin depending on the product – giving life to the Blackout capsule. A finish designed specifically to elevate living spaces with style and exclusivity, in a fusion of urban chic and contemporary luxury.

The capsule includes Tumbrella, Butler and Butterfly, umbrella stands and coat racks designed by Richard Hutten and the Opera tables, also by the Dutch designer, which celebrate the essentiality and elegance of clean lines.

Even table accessories such as the Here (Thimble) ice bucket, a giant engraved thimble, take on a new flavor in the black finish as does the oversized Nowhere (Bullet) vase, designed by Studio Job.

The Blackout capsule is completed by some products designed by Nika Zupanc: the Sunset Large mirror, the Love and Miami chairs.

With its experimentation not only on shapes but also on materials, Ghidini1961 redefines the parameters of contemporary living and dwelling with the vision of a high-quality manufacturing company with timeless elegance, which blends industrial know-how with the exclusivity of design.
