In 2025, LAGO, a leader in Italian design and furniture, reinforces its contract sector growth with the launch of LAGO Project, a dedicated business division.

The new business division represents a strategic advancement in our contract sector initiatives, strengthening service capabilities and ensuring a tailored customization and planning process, with bespoke solutions designed to meet the unique needs of residential, hospitality, and shared space projects.

The 2025 forecast is clear: contract project turnover is projected to increase by over 50% compared to 2024, building upon the 45% growth seen in the previous year (2024 vs. 2023). Currently, the contract sector constitutes 10% of the company’s total value, demonstrating double-digit year-over-year growth and forecasting exponential expansion domestically and internationally. This solidifies LAGO’s position as a leading partner for major investors and market operators.

LAGO Project launches with a portfolio of prestigious international collaborations, notably the Rose Brooklyn project in the United States and a significant investment in Milan’s build-to-rent sector. In recent months, LAGO has designed the interiors of a prestigious hotel in Malta, furnished an entire apartment building near Manhattan, developed a new build-to-rent project in Milan, and contributed to the design of a luxury resort in Zanzibar.

Among its diverse collaborations, LAGO Project has also partnered with QC SPA Of Wonders, a renowned wellness and hospitality company, for their expansion projects. The QC Room Milano Porta Romana, featuring 86 rooms furnished by LAGO, will soon open, with LAGO also overseeing the design of the hotel’s common areas for this collaboration
