Feel at Home: Lema unveils a new chapter

In 2025, Lema, a company embodying Italian manufacturing excellence, inaugurates a new phase of its journey, marked by innovation and aesthetic research. The brand has, in fact, entrusted its new artistic direction to the A++ architecture studio led by Paolo Colombo and Carlo Colombo.

At the same time, Lema is renewing its coordinated image and presenting a new catalogue, a narrative that explores the brand’s versatility and essence through three distinct homes. This warm and authentic approach enhances not only the beauty of the furnishings but also their role in everyday life, turning interiors into welcoming and lived-in environments. Each element interacts harmoniously, creating fluid and coherent compositions where every detail contributes to shaping a familiar yet refined atmosphere. Lema tells the story of a home to be lived in, a space where everyone should truly feel at home.

“Today, Lema is opening a new chapter in its history, with a vision that places the home at the heart of living – a space that fosters an authentic and emotional bond with those who inhabit it. In recent months, we have embarked on an important journey of evolution, staying true to our roots while pushing beyond, with a new artistic direction entrusted to A++ and a renewed international outlook. Now in its fourth generation, Lema continues to merge innovation and tradition, strengthening its identity in the contemporary design landscape with an increasingly global and distinctive approach.” – Angelo Meroni, President of Lema

“Lema is evolving with a new creative direction that reinterprets the concept of living through a refined and timeless aesthetic. Materials, light, and space interact in perfect balance, creating fluid and sophisticated interiors that convey a sense of intimacy and authentic beauty. It is not just about design, but a way of experiencing interiors: every Lema project is designed to welcome, to make each space feel familiar, elegant, and perfectly attuned to contemporary needs. It is a story that continues to evolve, preserving its essence while looking towards the future with a conscious gaze.” – Carlo Colombo, Creative Director of A++ Group.

LEMA’S NEW PRODUCTS

Lema L25: a versatile system suspended

L25 is Lema’s new freestanding system, design Officinadesign, where sophistication and intelligent design merge into a contemporary language. Featuring high-load extruded aluminum uprights, available with either floor-to-ceiling or floor-to-wall mounting, L25 stands out for its sleek, lightweight structure, evoking both dynamism and solidity.

Perfect for both day and night areas, L25 follows in the footsteps of the legendary L15 by Tito Agnoli, paying homage to Lema’s artisanal heritage and its continuous pursuit of perfection. In living spaces, the system serves as a versatile furnishing element, offering shelves, two-drawer units, and compartments with drop-down doors, all arranged in a grid inspired by the Selecta system to ensure visual balance and design continuity.

The uprights are available in three finishes, Noce-L, Charcoal Oak, and Bronze M421, while shelves and storage units come in two wood finishes. The tops of the storage units can be chosen in matching wood or marble. Thanks to its double-sided design, it can be positioned either in the center of a room or against a wall.

Lema Mirea: embracing comfort and absolute well-being

Mirea, design Roberto Lazzeroni, is a dreamlike sofa defined by enveloping curves and a welcoming silhouette striking a perfect balance between comfort and aesthetic precision. Its delicate, sinuous lines flow in rounded profiles reminiscent of gentle ocean waves, transforming it into an oasis of tranquility and beauty.

At its core lies ergonomics: the low backrest is enriched with plush cushions that offer exceptional comfort, while the high base, gracefully tapering downward, lends the structure a sense of lightness and elegance. Every detail speaks of expert craftsmanship, from the impeccable stitching and refined finishes to its solid construction built to endure.

Thanks to its modular design, Mirea offers versatile configurations, while differentiated-density padding, made with non-deformable polyurethane and elastic webbing, provides both enduring support and inviting softness. Available in an extensive selection of fabrics and leathers from the Lema catalog, Mirea invites endless customisation and promises a unique sensory experience.

New finishes Omega

The Omega armchair, design Federica Biasi, debuts in a new guise this year. Its elegant and contemporary design is defined by a burnt matte lacquered structure that envelops and supports a lightly padded moulded shell. The back in top leather and the front in fabric create a refined material contrast, a novelty for 2025, while a raw-cut seam enhances its soft and inviting lines.

New finishes Orion

The Orion coffee table family, design Roberto Lazzeroni, is enriched with a new finish of authentic charm. These sculptural tables, imbued with a modernist allure, now embrace wood essence, presented in solid ash stained charcoal oak. A special sandblasting technique enhances the natural grain of the wood, intensifying its tactile quality and giving the design a newfound expressive depth.

Lema’s Long Seller

Lema Yard

The Yard sofa, design Francesco Rota, perfectly embodies the concept of modularity, integrating upholstered elements with storage systems—key components of Lema’s DNA. Volumes combine with shelves, side tables, and surfaces, allowing for highly versatile and customizable compositions. The metal structure, upholstered in fabric and featuring flat-section feet, enhances the harmonious contrast between solidity and lightness. The collection also includes an elegant daybed, available in a refined leather version.

Lema Maddix

The Maddix armchair, design Dainelli Studio, merges contemporary aesthetics with artisanal tradition, featuring a lightweight wooden frame with sculpted profiles and a light leather backrest. Soft cushions ensure optimal comfort, while its proportions make it ideal for both residential and contract settings.

Lema Francis

The Francis coffee table, design Norm Architects, combines refined minimalism with expressive character, featuring a monolithic circular silhouette reminiscent of the fairy chimneys of Cappadocia. The raw material’s solid presence is softened by the interplay of seemingly simple and primordial geometric forms, creating a contemporary yet natural appeal.

Lema August

The August table, design Roberto Lazzeroni, pays homage to the “complex simplicity” of trestle tables, originally used as work tools. The tabletop, available in various sizes and materials such as marble and wood veneers, is refined with a slim profile. The trestles, featuring a bronzed patina tension rod and a curved wooden crossbar, are paired with glossy lacquered legs, offering extensive customization to suit diverse settings.

Lema Blanca

With Blanca, Lazzeroni introduces a lounge chair that seamlessly fuses refined comfort, visual lightness, and inherent robustness. Upholstered in fabric or leather, it reinterprets the classic tub chair in a contemporary way, offering a lighter, more open visual appeal. A distinctive cutout facilitates movement, while the side panels, extending into armrests, envelop the seat in a gentle embrace, ensuring both aesthetic lightness and exceptional comfort.

Lema Ares

Ares, another signature creation by Lazzeroni, is a sofa that exudes sophistication and craftsmanship, with a distinctive and elegant style. Its high, curving backrest gently lowers to form the armrest, giving the sofa a majestic presence. Available as a 2- or 3-seater or in modular configurations, it stands out for its finely crafted legs and solid ash wood base stained in thermo-treated oak. Ares balances comfort and functionality, seamlessly integrating firm structural elements with soft, plush cushions.

Lema Hasu

Hasu, a creation by Ludovica Serafini + Roberto Palomba, is an inviting lounge chair featuring sumptuous, embracing shapes that subtly echo the organic elegance of the Japanese lotus flower. With its compact dimensions and impeccable proportions, it features a solid wooden frame and a star-shaped cross base that elevates the seat, which is more generously padded than the backrest. Available in a wide range of removable covers, Hasu combines elegance, comfort, and a clean aesthetic, making it a striking decorative element.

Lema Bea

The Bea dining chair embodies a contemporary vision with a vintage spirit. Defined by sleek, refined lines, it is also well-suited for contract use, harmonizing perfectly with the Bice lounge chair, with which it shares balanced proportions and a distinctive wraparound shell backrest.
