Porro. A Century. The People.

The centenary celebration culminates in the new 2025 collection.

A deep connection to its homeland, Brianza, and its rich heritage of craftsmanship, combined with lasting relationships with the people who have actively contributed to its growth and international development – both within the company and around it, alongside the founding family.

With innovation as its hallmark, Porro celebrates its 100th anniversary, strengthened by a network of virtuous collaborations. Driven by boundless curiosity and a deep understanding of Italian design culture, it has not only been part of this tradition but has also helped shape it.

Continuous research is the guiding thread that has led Porro through generations, fueling the brand’s evolution while remaining true to its origins. Without ever breaking from the past, Porro has pioneered new design languages, evolving both in production and style with an ongoing drive toward the future.

Experimentation with surfaces, cutting-edge technological solutions, and a deep exploration of form – pushing materials to their full potential – have always defined Porro’s design philosophy. An apparent simplicity that, time and again, conceals resolved complexities and conquered challenges, blending master craftsmanship with industrial processes where memory and future coexist in perfect harmony.

NEWS 2025

Porro’s 2025 collection bridges the past with the future, combining deep roots with a contemporary vision.

New sofas by Piero Lissoni, Christophe Pillet and Francesco Rota introduce an entirely new language of comfort and softness, enriching Porro’s sofa collection for both residential and contract use. Meanwhile, sculptural furniture pieces by Piero Lissoni and Dordoni Studio fill in the missing elements of the brand’s collections.

The ongoing evolution of Porro’s architectural systems – Modern, Storage, System, and Boutique Mast – integrates seamlessly with Glide sliding, fixed, and pivoting partitions. These innovations transcend traditional furniture, embracing the concept of a fluid home: open, modular, and adaptable to people’s habits and rhythms. Here, design interacts with high-quality, sustainable natural materials in a perfect fusion of aesthetics and functionality.

Porro Twin Sideboard

A sculpted form with an architectural concept: the new Twin sideboard by Dordoni Studio draws inspiration from constructivist geometry. Its aesthetic purity stems from the intersection and interconnection of two distinct yet harmoniously connected volumes, creating ever-changing perspectives, further enhanced by the mirror.

A minimalist statement blending abstraction and tactile expression, enhanced by the material elegance of its surfaces and meticulous attention to detail, such as the 45° joints that emphasize its precise, formal character. Porro once again proves itself as a master of combining design and craftsmanship, working with a tailor-made approach and tackling structural challenges in a perfect balance between form and function.

Porro Tablo Table, Design Piero Lissoni 2025

Industrial inspiration meets formal purity: the new Tablo table reinterprets the aesthetics of sheet metal workbenches, transforming them into an elegant dining or executive office piece.

Sculpted legs ensure stability and personality, while the tabletop offers a seamless surface reinforced by perimeter and cross bars – ensuring maximum practicality with perfectly balanced proportions across its various sizes.

A minimalist design that surprises with its unexpected nuances: in the dining version, the glossy verde gris metal frame is paired with a back-painted verde cardo glass top, creating a refined optical interplay that recalls the delicate chiaroscuro of nature. In the lower living version, the metal structure is combined with a marble top, opening up new creative possibilities. Tablo is available with back-painted glass top in all the colors of Porro sample collection, and legs in all the matt or glossy colour.

With the design contributions of Piero Lissoni, Christophe Pillet and Francesco Rota, Porro unveils a new, informal and comfortable universe, where research, invention and craftsmanship – the brand’s key design principles – are reinterpreted with a softer touch, revealing its renewed focus on comfort.

Biscuit Sofa, Design Piero Lissoni 2025

Precise silhouette and straight lines: Piero Lissoni designs a linear sofa for Porro, raised on slender metal feet covered in wood—rigorous yet welcoming. Framed by brown stained ash panels along the sides and back, Biscuit features large, firm cushions resting on a fabric-covered frame. The wide armrests reinforce its elegant yet not overly severe look, where formal and informal coexist, and pure and soft geometries interact with wood, perfectly in line with Porro’s style.

Cargo Sofa, Design Christophe Pillet 2025

Porro showcases its ability to interpret home spaces from multiple perspectives with the new Cargo sofa, designed by Christophe Pillet.

Cargo embodies a flair for innovative visual languages, featuring free compositions of soft volumes interspersed with C-shaped consolles, in metal with frosted nichel finishing, or in alll the woods of Porro collection, where the interplay of varying widths creates a fluid sequence of geometries.

Its bold simplicity, rooted in clean lines, serves as a foundation for open experimentation with shapes and materials, emphasizing the collection’s playful spirit.

Moulage Sofa, Design Francesco Rota 2025

A contemporary look with couture-inspired, tailored draping: the new Moulage sofa, raised off the ground on invisible feet, is composed of large square seat cushions paired with soft armrests and backrests, featuring the refined detail of fabric sculpted into delicate folds. Geometric compositions that appear to float, completed by loose cushions, invite you on a true journey into comfort.

Tobu Sofa, Design Francesco Rota 2025

Francesco Rota designs a floor-level sofa for Porro, exuding an innate elegance and a reassuring presence that speaks to a true desire for comfort.

Its base, covered or varnished, is complemented by slightly inclined semi-rigid leather or fabric backs that instill a sense of movement while enclosing high, soft, and deep seats. These are completed by loose cushions, creating a look that is delicately powerful, authentic, and chic.

Linear three- and four-seater configurations, as well as closed or open corner versions with armless central or end modules, are complemented by a square armchair with one or two backrests – offering spatial solutions and seating postures tailored to personal desires.
