Their latest project, a bespoke kitchen for Tommy Hilfiger’s Palm Beach residence, showcases the company’s dedication to creating exceptional spaces. Working in close collaboration with interior designer Cindy Rinfret, Officine Gullo has crafted a kitchen that is not only beautiful but also boasts professional-grade functionality, a true testament to their Florentine heritage.
This exclusive, tailor-made kitchen, conceived for the Hilfiger family’s private residence, was a key partnership between Officine Gullo and Rinfret Ltd., led by Cindy Rinfret. Tasked by Tommy and Dee Hilfiger to create a space of both aesthetic and functional impact, Rinfret and Officine Gullo realized a shared vision. The result is a kitchen of refined elegance and timeless design, meticulously crafted to reflect the owners’ distinctively elegant, eclectic, and iconic style. Every detail has been carefully considered to meet the personal needs and tastes of the Hilfiger family, ensuring a space that is not only visually stunning but also perfectly tailored to their lifestyle.
The kitchen’s design palette is dominated by matte white (Lily White) and satin nickel finishes, complemented by Calacatta Cremo marble from Antolini, which enhances the bright and spacious feel.
Dominating the kitchen is the impressive OG Professional cooking range, a high-performance appliance equipped with an electric pasta cooker, four burners, a frytop, and an electric oven. This unit boasts advanced cooking capabilities and functions as a central design feature, contributing to the kitchen’s contemporary and sophisticated ambiance. A professionally engineered, pyramid-shaped hood, flanked by elegant satin nickel shelves, is installed above the cooktop. A stunning marble wall, framed by a satin nickel border, provides a dramatic backdrop.
Two prominent work islands define the kitchen’s layout, underscoring its focus on both functionality and social interaction. These islands, characterized by their generous work surfaces, provide ample space for culinary endeavors and informal gatherings, complemented by integrated seating. The smaller island, measuring 1.65 meters, features integrated storage solutions. The larger island, extending over 5 meters, incorporates a range of storage options, including compartments and drawers, and a cantilevered section designed for counter seating. Flanking the island’s extremities are glazed display cabinets, enhancing the kitchen’s aesthetic appeal.
The kitchen’s perimeter walls are meticulously designed to seamlessly integrate storage and appliances. One wall incorporates a glass-fronted pantry, complemented by under-counter drawers, a dishwasher, and a sink strategically positioned beneath a large window. A dual-zone wine dispenser and a double-door refrigerator are flanked by further drawer units and a glass-fronted display cabinet. The opposing wall houses a cohesive arrangement of a refrigerator column, a freezer column, a wine cooler, a storage cabinet, a second sink, a built-in coffee system, a refrigerated drawer, a warming drawer, open display niches, and additional glass-fronted cabinets.
